And we are currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join the team at our CoWorking space in Alvalade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome members and potential clients and introduce them to the space;

• Ensure members comfort, support in their work setup needs and build long-term relationships with them;

• Ensure the functioning and organization of the space, maintain it 100% operational; report and request maintenance;

• Organize community event(s) 1 to 2 times a month and communicate them to the community;

• Event's coordination and setup;

• Coordination with the different suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, event staff etc.);

• Mail and package handling, emails and phone calls.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum experience of one year in a similar position;

• Strong communication and empathy skills;

• Dynamic, hands-on and confident profile;

• Ambition to be part of a fast growing team;

• Very good problem solving skills;

• Fluent in English;

• Impeccable work ethic
